Tonight we could have a few upsets... Villa v Wycombe Bristol v WBA Pompey v Ipswich and the best of them Bolton v Eastliegh but are any on the telly .... NOOOOOO tomorrow the prime one would be Liverpool and Exeter, but are the BBC gonna go with any of them .. OFC not they are going with spurs and Leicester.. presented by Gary Linneker ... now I wonder why that is... two of his old teams ? surely that is not a case...... LOL I now await a Micky finn onslaught. LOL
The Bristol City game is on BT Sport 2 if you want to watch it. You can also watch it on the Bet 365 website.
The FA cup is being destroyed. Games played over the entire weekend (fri-mon) Final kicking off on a Saturday tea time Semi finals at Wembley Only a matter of time befoe Sky get their filthy mitts in it.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't they bid for so many games of the FA cup. As such, the BBC generally use their games on original ties on weekends. As I say I could be wrong. But radio sheffield mentioned something similar earlier, the BBC have their slots selected before the ties are even drawn. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
There's live commentary on the BBC website, complete with video replays of goals as they go in http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/football/35101348
Really? Money. Premiership money v Fa cup money. No one above the championship cares until they get towards the final. Lower leagues are short changed by playing against under 21's. Then we have the points noted above. Games all over the shop. Mostly to avoid the wonderful premiership games. It's lost its sole
But all the above are because of the fa not sky. Sky offer money to show things, the fa take the money and choose how it is distributed
A number of ex-reds and Digby playing tonight. I can count 12 but might have missed some. In 3-4-3 formation:- Bialkowski Cranie-Kay-Reid(P) Reid(K)-Digby-Etuhu-Cole Hayes-Richards-Ibehre Sub: Mellis (lazy fecker)
The FA cup has lost its appeal, because no other country in Europe values their cup competition. Most play weakened teams as the prize at the end is the Europa League.
Exactly, the FA are to blame. They set the rules that everyone else has to adhere to them. I don't really understand all the criticism of Sky, blame the FA, PL and the clubs for lining their bulging pockets at the expense of everyone else.
