    Does anyone remember watching this in the early 80's?

    I was mentioning it yesterday and nobody could remember this or even believe me that it ever happened, but the one thing that has always stuck in my mind about it was Jimmy Pursey being rubbish and coming last in every event.

    Can someone else confirm that I'm not going mad and tell me that they remember watching it???

    That was the sports version though

    I am sure I vaguely remember a pop star version but cant remember anything about it.
    I remember Brian Jacks perdormances quite well

    If you look it up you will see that it is derived from pedo (as in feet) and dances
    It means where feet are moved a small distance in a dance like motion, commonly used by athletes to deceive a referee that they are moving much further than they are.

    Either that or Rib has been correcting my speeling again.

    His performance of "Seasons in the Sun" was great too
