"It's not fair, all the tickets went to cyber warriors and I haven't got a PC" Albert Fairweather in the Chronicle

"Was trying to book onlineall day,but the server was busy. Then my connection kept dropping. All the tickets have gone to those with the best ISP" The fat kid in the Ponty with the goalie gloves

"I can't get a ticket cos I haven't got enough loyalty points. I'm the best fan in the world andcan't help living in Timbukto and having to work shifts!" RemoteTyke

By the time I got out of my meeting and logged on, all the tickets had gone" Leeds Tyke

good point, they might as well shut up shop now

and only serve SM, that way there will never be a complaint and everyone will be happy :)

Either that or that can try to improve their levels of customer service and push the business on into the 21st century. Nah, I think the SM way is easier.
