    Thanks for another good turn-out. It looks like we'll have nice little squad of players going into the summer matches.
    We had 14 today, and that was with a few awol as well.

    Once again, I was very pleased with everyones application and effort. Keep it up and we'll no doubt have the legs on most of the teams we come up against.

    I know none of you like the hard phys, like the circuit training or shuttle runs. But it is neccessary. And I think some of you are starting to feel the benefit of it already.

    Next week we'll try and up the tempo for a few of the drills. Meaning they go on a little longer and to faster pace.

    Don't forget to try and get a bit of exercise in mid-week. Obviously not Tuesday evening though.

    Yeah, really enjoyed it too

    Thats the first time i've done anything proper physical since the sunday league season finished, could tell a bit too.

    Nice to meet a few of the lads and put a few faces to names.
