    A good turnout (eventually)

Hope you feel it was worthwhile, amd that the fitness work was appropriate and sufficient.
Although I have to admit that the fitness work was toned down a little so we didn't have anybody keeling over in the heat.

I was pretty pleased with the effort and attitude of all. And I'm sure you'll agree that next week we should work on some simple passing to feet, whilst still looking to build up a good foundation of fitness.

So thanks to all for turning out.
And if you donated £1 this week then you aren't expected to do so next week.

Look forward to seeing you all, plus a few next week.
1030 meet. Should be finished by around 1200.

PS thanks to the new lads. God to see some new faces.

    Thanks a lot Alex..

Really enjoyed & appreciated it. The new lads did really well, once fitness is up for everyone, we'll look a lot better, but you're right, it was just TOO hot today.

I haven't paid either, so will make sure to do so next week, for me and Si.

    I HATE 3 TOUCH FOOTBALL!!

Too hard, especially as it takes me that many touches to control it...lol. Still, nice to get a kick abart in end

RE: I HATE 3 TOUCH FOOTBALL!!

This is the whole point, hopefully it'll serve to wake me up for when we play proper games.

I played ok apart from not being up to pace with the game through fitness and some underhit passes - summat I need to iron out.

    Thank you for the information

I hope the work out hasn't been to difficult for any of you and that you aren't too sore tomorrow.

    Hopefully see you on Saturday.

Hope the cough is nothing more than

a little irritating. Could it be linked with hayfever?
