Great 25 minutes in the second half and strong performances from Kane and Williams win us the game.

Williams played well. Cosgrove helped us fight back (literally at times) in the game with a decent 15 minutes at the head of the first half but got to be Herbie today. When he’s good he’s very good.

Never been a huge Herbie fan, I think he slows play down too much at times.

But he’s been up there amongst our best players this season and he was motm by a distance today.

I’ve gone left field literally and gone for OKeeffe played out of position and had a pretty good game. Difficult to pick just one though. Mael and Pines were impressive as was Earl except for 2 goal costing lapses. The midfield was solid Herbie the pick of them though Grants cameo was quite impressive. Even Cosgrove justified his place.

O'Keefe for me, a decent game, goal, and out of position too.

Although I thought it was just an all round solid performance from the team.

I don't think the team performance was as bad as some have suggested tonight. For me, Herbie Kane was the best player on the pitch and I've voted for him.

i thought it was a bit disjointed first half but we played very well to go 4-2 up in the second and then Collins sensibly managed the game by resting some players which disrupted us but we saw it out comfortably.

Kane but a special mention for O'Keefe who had his best game in a Tarn shirt

Herbie was superb when they went down to 10, anchoring midfield. But Corey was POTM by a street.

I think Herbie dropped off a bit in the last 10/15 when they went down to 10. Really unnecessary risky balls in our third when already 4-2 up, Roberts too seemed really nervy with his kicking, gifting it straight back to them 2/3 times. But Herbie MOTM for me today, for 90% of the game he was excellent imo. Probably would be Okeeffe in second to be fair to him, probably his best game. Cutting inside serves him well from the left - credit to him for not being in his natural position!

Excellent performance today, another daft goal conceded with Earl just switching off, but another fight back with determination, effort and cracking work effort - think they all worked their socks off!

He was trying to be clever and see the ball out. I credit McCleary more than I criticise Josh there. Fair play to him. It’s the only thing he’s done ‘wrong’ since he pulled on the shirt. What a find.

It was a bizarre game. We went from the ridiculous to the sublime quite frequently, and back again.

Huge win though. They’re hard to beat at home. And, I don’t think they’ve lost having gone ahead before today. Certainly not at home anyway.

Some of the stuff Herbie was doing with the ball second half was two leagues higher, genuinely. He’s very talented but he has the other side locked down too. Covers every blade of grass. And what about Conor when he came on? Another gem we’ve picked up.

It’s looking good. Get out of Tuesday night without defeat and we’re good. Lincoln are on a great run too. Two big games at home. Need the fans vocal and behind them from minute one. Big chance here to sidestep the sort of agony we suffered last May.

I used to be not so keen on Kane, for the reason you give, but I have to admit that I have definitely changed my mind. He is undoubtedly a really key player for us and vital to our promotion prospects.
