High emotion game sometimes lacking in quality but we were the better team and deserved the win.

Easiest choice for many a season. Mention to Williams who played well again in his correct position but Adam had the quality we sometimes lacked.

Not sure how Phillips didn’t get man of the match in the ground tbh.

Can't see how anyone could vote other than Philips. That first goal was a thing of beauty.

Me neither easiest MotM choice since last time he scored both goals in a match winning performance.

Luca. He had a good game at mopping up loose balls but hard to argue against someone who gets both goals I think.

Voted for Mael I thought he was outstanding but no complaints whoever would have got it today.

I thought Earl had a good game too. And I thought Cole was excellent but as I said above it really has to be Philips

Phillips. Easy choice imo. Scored both and worked hard all the time he was in the pitch.

Earl was good again. MDG, Kane and Connell were decent enough.

Has to be Phillips, had a good game and topped it off with both goals, one of them an absolute peach.

    Totally got to be Phillips.

I just wonder what those who actually choose man (sorry, player) of the match are watching sometimes.

Not that I thought Luca had a bad game.

Not an easy choice for me as there were so many outstanding displays. Phillips is the obvious one, De Gevigney and Pines were also immense. But I thought that Earl was out of this world.

Went for Earl, but have no issue with Phillips getting the nod. Earl does his job quietly and easily. The interceptions and laying the ball off, time after time. Nothing flash, but reliable. Time after time. One of the best signings we’ve made in a long time, and we should enjoy watching him, because it won’t be long before he’s moving up the food chain. His solid performances will not be going unnoticed.

If you score 2 goals in a 2-1 win you’re MOTM in my opinion.
