whats the point of doing a weekly poll and me keeping a record of the results for the end of the... season announcement. And then you putting this up??
brains = dynamite = hat still firmly on

but Somebody could win man of the match 10 times but the rest of the games be absolutly rubbish whilst another player might win man of the match 9 times and come second in every other game.
Surely the second player would be judged to have been better over the course of the season?

I've already thought of that....... counted both the number of motm wins and the number of individual votes for each player. The trouble is with an end of season vote is that you can't seriously remember how well each player played in all 40 odd games. You usually end up voting for someone who has played well in the last 10 or so.
Colgan.... for his 18 clean sheets which without our piss poor goal scoring record thats led to alot of 1-0 wins would have had our season over long since.
So if this is anything to go by It looks like the amazing disappearing midfielder could get the player of the season award!
Which will maintain the record of our player of the season leaving the season after. McPhail will be playing Championship football next season, with or without us.
