Well what a whirlwind of a game. The score could have literally been anything. Despite winning 3-0 and there being numerous other contenders such as O’Keefe, Nwakali, Phillips or DKD but Killip for me. We were really rocking the last 20 minutes and he was brilliant.

Watters and Russell were also excellent. Lovely to have such a variety of choices for once.

Gone for Nwakali. Excellent performance. Special mention to DKD too who has come in for criticism this season; I thought today was his best performance in a Reds shirt, and he's shown in the last few weeks why we were so desperate to sign him.

Again I’m spoiled for choice. Went for O’Keefe but could happily have picked either DKD or
    Nwakali.

Killip for me, Watters goal, he was literally given an open goal to shoot at and would have missed it if it had not hit one of their players on its way into the net, that's what it looked like where I was sat.

Kelechi. Despite the assertions of some posters, he isn’t faultless, he did misplace the odd pass, (not so many it has to be said), he can be pushed off the ball easily sometimes and he has work to do out of possession if he’s going to play deep against better opposition. I pointed out a couple of misplaced passes on the matchday thread and got a few responses questioning it. I did so purely in surprise that it had even happened!

But dear me all that considered, what a passer of the ball he is. He was the best footballer on the field by a country mile yesterday.

O’Keeffe is getting better and better too, DKD has scored five in six, and yet another goal contribution with an assist for Phillips. Killip had another good game to back up the Wrexham performance.

But still, Nwakali - and it wasn’t that close for me.

Went Nwakali, but there were a lot of outstanding performances today, including Killip & O'Keeffe, who have both come in for criticism in the past. DKD & Philips on a roll too. No one was poor really, other than Cosgrove.

O keefe, closely followed by Nwalki. But again , as a team they did well, 4 wins in 4 over the busy festive period is amazing!

Russell for me but it could easily have been Nwakali, Killip, DKD, Philips or even - and dare I say it - O'Keeffe o_O

Agreed, went for Russell too. I’ve been vocal to the folk I go to games with about both O’keefe and Russell. But I’ll happily eat my words every week to have them play well!

Nwakali moves into 3rd Very strong scores given limited game time.
