    BBSFC (1)1 V Preston (1)3</p>

    BBS team started thegame with just a team of 11 as a couple were delayed due to trains and busses, we held our own first half and on the half hour mark &quot;Phil&quot; let fly with a screamer into the top corner, 1-0. A defensive mix up allowed Preston to get back in the game and nick a goal on the stroke of half time.</p>

    Lack off fitness kicked induring the second half and Preston went in front on the hour.Their third came ten minutes later with a well worked goal.</p>

    A decent show from the BBS lads, this been some of the guys(me inc)first game since world net, nearly five months back.</p>

    Well done lads, a good run out against arguably one of the best internet based teams. </p>

    I apologise again for my lack of attendance, thought I'd told Allen about my injured ankle a week ago but seems the email didn't get through. Will definitely play next time. Well done lads, great effort - and again, well done Al, sorry for the confusion.

    journo - got bit of a kicking at liverpool in prem

    after match, so bit wary of going away, only been to wednesday away in league since, but we both would be willing to play if you give us notice

    Cheers for mentioning my goal Bill. It was the best goal ever - and scored with the foot I only use for standing on. Great effort today by all the lads. Really enjoyed it. Be nice to have a booze up after a game one week!
