I just wonder which part of the managers directives the team don't understand. If Davey is saying one thing and the team are doing something else and the problem is persistant,which it seems to be, how does he overcome and change it?

So confused myself Westie I'm unsure what he should do now. At one time I would'nt hesitate to have been on his case but not now. I'm convinced there is a slight but serious problem(no **** sherlock) which can be overcome to help irradicate this persistant failure by the team(you boring b. astard baskerville). NO, I've changed mi mind. Sack him and shoot the fooking team because if they were horses they'd have been put down sometime ago. If you keep taking ther medication you'll be ok. I've managed to keep McDog out of my life/head for 5 months now.
I know that if i stop taking the pills that he'll be back.
