Just my fecking luck, was waiting until tomorrow to phone up about my ticket not arriving int post, thinking they’d be less busy, and now people are going to be on blower ordering these tickets, going to be a complete lovely person.
That's great. Didn't honestly think it'd be allowed for a league game. I thought it'd contradict some Sky rule or other....
I think the only rule that exists is that league games can't be shown live at 3pm on a Saturday on TV.
What's the betting that there's not enough screens, they're not big enough, someone was sat in their seat, there was no lager and they'd ran out of pies before half time
Friday 20th, rang last Friday, and they said it had been posted out Monday, and was told to ring back this week. I’ve ordered 24 away tickets on line this year and this is the first time it’s taken longer then 3 working days, just typical of my luck, the one game we sell out.
This is a really good idea, just hope he stream isn’t miles behind so people don’t know the score before it comes through. Surely they will have it on a screen on the pitch like they did when we played Liverpool in cup
Well done club. Especially with the reasonable drink prices. Credit where it's due for acting swiftly.
No I’m on 12 hour days, the lady on the phone last Friday said DCFC will reprint the ticket if it doesn’t come this week, but I have to ring up for details on how to go on.
Yeah I've never had a problem and by the sounds neither has @Ripper. Probably Royal mail that have buggered up.
The Walsall beam-back was great, but I can't bring myself to go to this one in case the worst should happen. If we survive though... and it's a bank holiday... Think I've twisted my arm.
2.20 a pint. Have one in both halves in your seat watching the game and change from a tenner. Can't fault the club at all. Clearly they read this board and are listening to advice. I hope it's a worthwhile exercise that's taken advantage of. That it's got a chance at being the warmest early May bank holiday ever helps.
