    If a new manager had come in and had the same record as Flicka has had this season..........what would be the reaction of the crowd and this message board???

    At the moment this message board is very tame.........plus the club is saying that the fans are satisfied..........and its all a reflection of last season..........its not a reflection of how things are going this season..........we all need to wake up..........

    for once I agree with you

    just hope we get the right man next time

    think we may be going down this year anyway, but the imperative for me is to start using our home grown players

    new manager needs a big pair of balls

    Nudge I agree with you however the tide is turning. If you look at the poll then majority, albeit small, now want him sacked. How much more should we be expected to put up with? I defended Flitcroft up to the Donny game and even then I had one foot in both the Flicker in and Flicker out camps. After Saturday I am in the Flicker out camp. I hate feeling this way because I still really like him and I will always be in his debt for the memories of last season but he has shown this season that he is tactically inept and in my opinion we will be relegated if he is left in charge.

    Agree on all points. I'm a realist don't expect us to win most weeks but expect to see us play with passion and commitment. I've been bored shitless this season.

    What ever Flicker had last season he's lost it this season and its matastisised to the whole team......the mojo has gone.......we need to get back to going hell for leather for a win even if it means getting a few hammerings.....its all about 3 points and goals, sod draws and clean sheets

    Come to think of it it's probably not the most appropriate analogy , 'pervading ' would have been better........it's a term for spreading cancer cells I think
