3 points plus £60 fine normally, but this depends on how much above the limit you are. I think that is for up to 10mph above the limit, the penalties go higher the faster you go I think.
Why do you feel you need to give us a running commantry on you life? We ain't interested on which grounds you have tickets for, where you are heading next etc.
The minimum penalty for speeding is a £100 fine and 3 penalty points. Your fine and punishment will depend on how fast you were driving and how much you earn. There are three bands: http://www.which.co.uk/reviews/cars/article/speeding-tickets-explained
The post he created about the German cup fixtures was my personal favourite. 17 replies on it, all from himself. German football on a Barnsley forum? Who gives a ****.
Enough to stop narcissists thinking it's funny when they're caught endangering the lives of others, I expect
Funnily enough, it's a thread of fixtures released which have helped other posters, so obviously somebody gives a ****. Go **** yourself, you absolute moron.
What about this thing about the fine being a percentage of your wage, or was that just pie in the sky?
You nutter You have a translation request in messages from someone that gives a **** about German football
Cheers for that. Sent it....go on sale to members tomorrow dinner time. If we don't get them we will have to find a bar or just stay at the beer festival
It looks like a decent stadium to visit, only heard good things about it. Unfortunately I have to wait until February to experience it!
I'll message you about Berlin, if we continue to discuss Germany we may upset the village idiots again
No worries mate Happy to help at that end...if funds stretch we might even try for that ourselves (ticket availability providing ).
I got caught doing 36 mph in a 30mph zone and received a letter saying I would be fined £60 and have 3 points put on my licence. There were no other cars in front of me, behind me or approaching me on the other side of the road. I went back to see if I could see any signs telling me it was a 30 mph limit. There weren't . Back down the road there was a 40 mph sign then a gap in front of the camera and around 600 yards further on another 40 mph sign. I wrote and contested the charge on the grounds there were no signs indicating it was 30mph and as there were no other vehicles on the road I did not pose a danger driving at the speed that I was doing. They still fined me £60 but instead of applying points to my licence they allowed me to go on a speed awareness course which I found very interesting because of changes implemented since I had passed my test a lot of amendments to the Highway Code had been made. I felt I was all the better driving wise for doing that course.
