that we are close to signing a striker and another midfielder.

He believes the striker is Sheffield Wednesday player Chris O'Grady and the midfielder is someone called Bobby Grant from S****horpe :S

Don't know if its true or not but time will tell.

Bobby Grant - released on bail and played on loan at Rochdale.

    Fits the DNA.

Joking aside, seems to have a decent goalscoring record in lower leagues.

TRhat will make the Wednesday fans laugh, they do not think O`Grady was good enough in League 1 never mind the Championship!
The Fowls at Hillsbro` Steel have been hoping he comes to us since January, lol.
Never heard of Bobby Grant at all, but his scoring record in the bottom division looks good, so he should fit in well.

Just been reading about Grant, would be an interesting signing - young lad, works hard, shoots from anywhere, good talent, frustrating. Definitely sounds like a Hill type of player.

You missed out on he forgets that there are other players in his team. A season ticket holder at hillsbro` described him as a "sort of hard working striker that will score about 7-8 goals in league 1 , but will be a good signing for Barnsley". I couldnt make my mind up whether he was taking the piss or not, because he is the only Owl that seems decent!
