Belief…….

Do you think we’re struggling at the minute in front of goal cos there’s no belief in our players?

I’ve seen some terrible players over the years and I honestly don’t believe this crop of players are terrible at all……football is fine margins, with a touch more composure and luck these last 3 games could’ve been so different.

Groan adults booing and bairning though is a bit daft really

 

Playing like pussy cats rather than lions.

 

I said something similar myself today. Players looking to lay it off to a team mate rather than having a go themselves smacks of a lack of confidence. Gent, just before he's substituted goes on a charging run down our left then checks and elects to pass back.

 

It must’ve happened a good 4/5 times today…….that old saying ‘don’t shoot don’t score’ sometimes you just need to stick your laces through it and hope the bet bulges

 

We had 30 shots today and still didn't score.

 

Over 80 shots in the last 4 games. 3 goals. The problem doesn't appear to be a case of "Don't shoot, don't score"

 

Maybe its time for CH to up his training and do a bit on the pitch?
Certainly I think Cosgrove shouldn't even be on the bench, he seems like a really decent bloke but a striker he ain't!
