Sounds like Fringpong was poor again last night. Time for him to be benched to make him realise he cant just walk into our side and stroll about?

Also getting a bit tired of Wilson playing it down all the time. He needs to make it clear Saturday is a must win if we are to have half a chance of staying up.

Don't car what he says about the next game - we have got to win millwall. Nothing more nothing less.

At our form rate for the season we will only pick up another 12 points all season which would put us on 35 and sure fire relegation.

Another 24 points (8 wins) would get us to 47 but would require a 50% win rate which just isn't going to happen.

Our only hope at the moment is that the points required is significantly lower and another 3 teams do even worse than us.

I think we need to be looking at turning round sure fire relegation rather than looking at it been we have 16 games to turn it round. I think we need a mindset change like flicker managed last season - a never say die and fight for the cause attitude. Some players seem to be lacking this at the moment.

Saturday is massive! Lets hope they are up for it.
