Best away game I've been to in years!

I'm struggling to come back down to earth, I would not have missed that for a chest of gold coins.
The football we played in the first half was fantastic as we chased and harried Leeds who could not get possession.
Incredible atmosphere from the Reds fans who got behind the team for 94 mins outsinging and outsupporting Leeds fans.
Perkins is an absolute legend and so too is O'Brien, but all of them gave their all and had no legs left at the end.
We knew that they would come at us all guns blazing in the second half and so they did, but we controlled the game and there was no room for Leeds to get back in it.
Adrenalin fuelled, especially at the end when Steele made THAT save!
At the end the players came over to us whooping and fist clenching, you could see it meant the world to them as it dd to us.
"£36 - I'd a paid £90 for that! ", as someone said on the bus back!

Thank you Hillcroft and all the players for that, I loved every single second of it. Hillcroft, You have both moulded us a team to be immensely proud of and who fight for the cause and for each other like no other Barnsley team has done for many a year.
I am so proud to follow them and to be a fan.
