    Hahaha

There are SO MANY pissed off people all over Europe tonight and that makes me feel very happy. :D
This is the first time I've actually watched the whole contest, but I haven't laughed this much for a while... Lordi's performance after some cheesy euro-pop tune was just something so different! And in my opinion it deserved to win too, it was the best song and the best show of the night.

The Eurovision song contest will never be the same again... :D

Eurovision spoiled by new scoring system

watched it in party mode for years. Allus got Euro beirs in and Union Jack hats had neighbours round etc.

Best bit was allus the voting and Terry Wogan taking the rise.

Dull this year to say the least.... not enough toe curlingly bad cheezee pop, no jewish transexuals, but gotta say Finland entry was what made the show

RE: Eurovision spoiled by new scoring system

Well, with the old scoring system there could have never been a winner like Lordi! I know it is a bit stupid that most of the countries give the best points for their neighbours, but that's how it always goes, I suppose...

You should see what the Finnish jury wanted to send to this year's Eurovision song contest... I've always been ashamed of the Finnish contestants, they're truly awful and come back home with zero points... thank god they let the people decide this year!! This should teach all the narrow-minded religious freaks all over Europe a lesson (the ones who tried to prevent the "evil satanists" from entering the contest) :D

(nodding2fingers) The Day of Rockoning has come... :pff

    Have you seen Lordi's website

Not suitable for children though - its a bit scary

    http://www.lordi.org/main.html

Extras and click on the TV channels and you get videos of 3 of their tracks - not bad at all - the last video is great

Haha, I thought they were the most fun act in this year's competition at least.
I loved the girl who was playing the keyboard and singing the chorus (the one who carries the flowers in the photo above) - I just had to laugh every time the camera zoomed in at her! :pff

Yep, I haven't actually seen those videos before, but I too think they're pretty good.
Apparently the singer Mr Lordi (who also makes those scary masks for the whole band!) has been making amateur horror films for years, I've never seen any of those either though. The third video on their website reminded me very much of Evil Dead actually... good stuff.

Here's the original music video of 'Hard Rock Hallelujah' too...
