    something radio 2 did today. dont know what won. but i know 1999 got worse year. so what is the best ever year for music ? for me it is 1996. all the brit pop you cant go wrong. oasis, blur, cast, lightening seeds, suede, pulp, ocean colour scene, dodgy etc.
