Saltergate........... No after Wembley it has to be Old Trafford or Anfield But having said that Sunderland aint too bad
City of Manchester Stadium.... ...for the derby a few years back when City beat United 4-1. Superb atmosphere. Doubt it's that red hot week in, week out mind.
The sound when those seats went up as everyone stood up when a player went in on goal.
Awesome. Don't get that anywhere now, cos it's all plastic seats.
Have to agree. The best club ground I've been to.

I liked St Mary's Though Anfield is pretty good Wasnt impressed with the Emirates stadium at all though
Agreed, esp. circa 1982 when full to the brim with an electric atmosphere. After that Highbury, proper football ground. Yer can keep yer modern flat pack stadia, dull in the extreme.
Aside from Oakwell- Olympic Stadium in Berlin
Was weired as its nowhere even half full for Hertha league games and atmosphere was dead. But a fantatsic mix of old, new and history going back to the Nazi sham Olympics.
And you can have a beer watching the game, which of course is the most important factor!
