From the weekend, apologies if it's been on before. May be a touch of bitterness here re: plastic Mancs http://www.independent.ie/sport/oth...hare-in-the-miracle-of-martyrdom-1386539.html
And this response MUST be a wind-up!! "of course Man United have more fans who wear their shirts. Because they win more often. You wouldn't seriously expect me to wear my shirt when we haven't won anything? when Chelsea won the league twice in a row, my United shirt barely left the wardrobe, i wasn't going to risk looking like an idiot. wearing the shirt of losers. i'm a winner and so are my team. I'm united through and through since 1972. Followed em since the old second division i have. people ask me: "why do you support united when you've never even been to Manchester?" and i tell em, with Sky TV nowadays, you don't have to see them. If i went to Old Traford i'd only get one angle, Sky TV gives me loads of camera angles. Plus it's so expensive to go, i just can't afford it: £50 a ticket! journalists should think more before they call everyone a glory fan."
