Best Preseason in a long time

    Think this is the best preseaon the reds have had for a long time, know we ant played anyone half decent but think it got to be encouraging that we scoring & winning games.
    Maybe able to keep it going I hope

    The most optimistic would be overjoyed with a win. GavtheRed is one of a rare bread who (we) can take heart from pre-season. Yes, strenthening needed but great start. Can you imagine the abuse on here if we had LOST one of the 8???? BFC can't win if you pardon the pun.

    saturday won't make any difference....

    if we win 90% of the board will be saying we're in with a chance of promotion. If we lose the same 90% will claim that as thats the first decent team we've played we're obviously dead certs for relegation.

    Whether we beat them 5-0 or get thumped 5-0 we still need 4/5 new players in before the Wednesday game!

    If we do beat City and win all the 9 friendlies but then the following week get beat at Hillsborough 3-0 then World War III will break out on this board.

    'Davey out' 'Were going down' 'Cryne you fooking numpty why didn't you sack him?' etc etc.
