    As far as I know you are 100% correct, and that works out well for us - but it just shows how inept the FA are by letting a player serve a suspension in a game he was cup-tied for anyway! Makes you laugh.

    3 match ban is violent conduct - but I can't see that he would have served it tonight if cup-tied anyway.

    wont be a three match ban - they are only for serious foul play and violent conduct, professional fouls denying a goalscoring opportunity carry a one match ban the same as two yellows.

    Martyn Tyler was pissing his sen at the rule as he told us that even though he wasn't eligible he had still served his ban as as vidic who was never going to play any way
