    It hasnt produced anything since it started.</p>

    it's produced players that are good enough

    We just dont have anybody good enough on the coaching staff to deal with them properly</p>

    Nope. Kay, tonge, austin, flinders, atkinson are all good enough, we just havent got staff in place that know how to manage that potential and just release them all instead.

    Defence with kay in it this season: 34 games 45 goals
    Without: 40 goals.

    Looks to me like he was our best defender
