Thanks again to all who attended.
Bit short on numbers, but we had a worthwhile session none-the-less.
For the benefit of those who couldn't attend.
We warmed up in the usual manner, before doing some sprinting and turning drills, with a few press-ups thrown in just for good measure.
We then played a couple of ball possion games before pairing up to practice heading, control, long and short passing.

The session lasted about an hour, including about 10mins of drinks breaks.

    Thanks again all who atteneded.

PS, somebody left a grey sock. We didn't pick it up, as I expect it will still be there in a fortnights time. It may belong to Chris Taylor.

PPS, we didn't collect subs so that next week you can put it towards covering petrol, lifts, mini-buses etc.

I thought that if you get a lift to Hull, give the driver £2. Whilst I reckon the minibus shouldn't cost more than about £4 each if its filled.

RE: On the subject of Hull...

I've just sent an email round.

Jules is investigating the availability of his mates minibus. It seats 12, and it was suggested all are picked up at Barnsley station.
A few of us who live in West Yorks are driving and giving lifts to the other'players' who live out this way.

So in short, don't worry, its all getting sorted.

Have you still got that tall lad with long hair?

Also, is it on grass or astro, and are you sure there'll be nets up?

It is 3g astro, almost like grass, just not aloud blades on it! Much better than astro!! It's Hull uni's new pitch, nets are up 24/7 :)

My rugby team I support Hull KR train on it it's that good!

    Hard and Fair?

Yes I believe that led to me having a few 'tussels' with him in Sheffield last summer.
    Not to worry.

How much is it going to cost for the pitch hire? And have you got an address or postcode for the place.

    Cheers
