    4.2 The club operates a scheme to enable supporters to pay for season tickets by instalments.

    4.7 and 4.9 also worth a look.

    Is this the present club charter which appears on the club website? If not where is it possible to obtain or view one?

    It can't be official. The way to tell is that official BFC publications are full of exclamation marks, typos and poor grammar. And the presentation is awful.
