This is not a swipe or a moan its a genuine question.

Why is it that a business in the year 2009 (in the midst of a credit crisis) that has thousands of customers is so woefully inept at marketing and PR.

Surely we have qualified marketing people who work at the club so why do they treat the business like a corner shop.

    Make mine a double anyone...?

Because that is the standard that is accepted

If poor standards are considered acceptable by those in charge then poor standards are what you will get.

ps rob, the official sites ground guide is 5 years out of date still. You'll remember me emailing you about this a year ago and posting on here about it two years ago :) ta.

there are 10,000 empty seats every game.

we are still looking for sponsors the week before a game.

other clubs have started selling season tickets whilst we "havent discussed it yet".

Toby Tyke lunchboxes in the shop, tat that I wouldnt wear to dig the garden and the make mine a double tshirts.

Why cant we think outside the box once in a while.

I'm not getting into a discussion about the 'trinkets' in the club shop again

After the conversation I had on here with Gordon Shepherd about it a few years ago.
