Somebody said the other day that the Reds were going to feature on Football Focus yesterday. Didn't see the programme and it's not available on IPlayer. Could some helpful soul post a link to it on here,he said hopefully...?
It was me. I produced it. More on LJ and the issues faced by young managers, than Barnsley per se. Oh and Subbuteo. Tidy little 3 minutes if I say so missen. I'll try and find a way of getting it on here when I'm back in the office. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
they do not allow it because they are scared we will nick fans from their beloved Man Ure ......... waiting now for Micky Finn to come ranting in.
Ranting? Not really is it, Baz? I'll just ask what I always ask and you never ever answer. Please show me how, and some examples of, this supposed love of Man Utd by the BBC. Whenever you like..... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thought it was a superb piece myself. Some of our fans won't be happy unless we get 30 mins on Match Of The Day and headline Glastonbury
OOOOOOOOH lissen you Missus touched a nerve here methinks. I totally loathe the club and do get an impression they are force fed to us, I also believe that they are the one club that has led us to the premier league and the rottenness that it is. Yes Chelsea , Man city to name but too have also gone down the cheque book route, but Man Utd were the first to BUY their way to the top... they have stolen fans as have the others from clubs like ours and lower leagues simply because the kids of recent years cannot wait for endeavour and development... they want it right now.. When Man utd feature on MOTD they get plaudits if they win or lose... its never how well the other side did in drawing or beating them its all about how good the Scum were or why they never deserved defeat or all 3 points , last time I watched MoTD when they lost, the pundits were all about how well the Scum played how they were wonderful and did not deserve to lose or not get all 3 points....not even a thought to say that the other side were actually on the pitch.. it does get sickening after awhile.
Sorry that's simply not true. If you tell me which programme it was, I'll check it out and post the transcript. Don't forget the pundits have watched the whole 90 minutes, not just the 9 or 10 that you get on Saturday night. Maybe they had played really well and DIDNT deserve to lose or whatever it was. Maybe it just never happened. Who knows?? What we do know for absolute certain, is that your obsession with Man Utd looks just a little unhealthy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Re: OOOOOOOOH lissen you Missus So you're turning a thread about us on football focus, into a Man UTD bashing thread. Well done.
He's gone so far down this erroneous, unproven path that he can't really back down now for fear of looking like a chump. Oh, hang on..... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Do you know why the beeb decided to pull the football league show and final score this week? Do they really have such contempt for fans outside of the top two divisions or am I being paranoid and cynical?
Re: OOOOOOOOH lissen you Missus DT you must remember the 70's / early 80's when every plastic fan up and down the country wore a Liverpool top. It happened well before Man Utd dominated and it will keep on happening, its just the nature of plastic fans - they jump on and ride the most successful bandwagon at the time.
Re: OOOOOOOOH lissen you Missus Here you are for anyone who wants to watch it. Football Focus SD .mp4 Click here Football Focus HD 720p .mkv click here
So the pundits watch the entire 90 minutes of every game on MOTD, between 3pm and 10:30 or whatever time its recorded? On any day with 4-5 games that doesn't give much time for breaks
I believe Arsenal bought promotion to division 1 in 1918(?) when they came 3 places below us in the previous season.
No, but if Shearer, Neville, Murphy or whoever have been asked to do the analysis on Man United, that's the one they will watch most closely. They're looking at a big f**k-off bank of monitors with all the games on, so will no doubt get distracted now and again. Usually by the golf.
