I have programmes going back to 1983 upto 2000 if anyone is interested. It is very important to me that they go to a good home and to someone who genuinely wants them as they were my partners who passed away. Premiership programmes not included as promised them to someone else.

i'd love to say yes but got every home programme since 1978 and every away programme from mid 80's except Tranmere away when they called game off then put it back on. Loft is creaking with thousands of programmes but worth nothing

They are yours if you want them Andy, but I will not be responsible for any insurance claims if the roof falls through!
It's silly for me to keep them as I have copies of my own but kept hold of them for 11 years for sentimental reasons, time to let go I think to a fellow Red

When you say that you have copies of your own do you mean that you have two copies? yours and his? or did I read that wrong?

In that case why dont you give your copies away and keep your previous partners' copies? you free up space but get to keep the sentimental copies.

Thats if you know who's copy is who's of course.

I have done that with later copies but the earlier copies have some embarrassing stuff on. Remember I was 8 at the time! On the back page team list I used to write on who the subs were and what time subs were made. What time goals were scored at the side of the players name. Add the attendence figure and mark the players performance out of 10.
I've gone red now!! Pssst don't tell anyone

Haha that's quality love :) It probably bring a particularly lot of money, but put one lot of programmes on Ebay to raise some cash and then donate that money no matter how small it is to a charity which would have been close to the heart of your ex. There is plenty of programme sellers about who buy in bulk. I remember selling years ago a couple of hundred non Barnsley FC programmes for hundred quid. Guy came to the house put down three twenties for them and I got him to 100 final offer.

I have the programme from when we lost to Liverpool (1985?) in the FA Cup, 4-0 l think, Ian Rush hat-trick. At the time l used to stand in the players tunnel so l could get all the players autpgraphs, l got the entire team apart from Ian Rush, so l thought l'd do his autograph myself......completely ruined the programme and spelt his name wrong, l did one of those 8 years olds signatures with curls going off everywhere.
