[BFC SITE] 25/26 VERTU TROPHY GROUP FINALISED

Our 2025/26 Vertu Trophy group has now been confirmed.


The Reds have been drawn in Group D, alongside Notts County, Lincoln City and Manchester United U21s.

The top two sides from each group will advance to the knockout rounds, which will remain regionalised up to and including the Round of 16. Matches level after 90 minutes in the group stage and knockouts will go straight to penalties, with extra time only coming into play in the Final.

PRIZE FUND OVERVIEW:

• 
  £20,000 participation fee for EFL clubs

  £10,000 for a win / £5,000 for a draw in group stages
  
  
• 
  £20,000 for a win in Round of 32
  
  
• 
  £40,000 for a win in Round of 16
  
  
• 
  £50,000 for a Quarter-Final win
  
  
• 
  £50,000 for the runners-up
  
  
• 
  £100,000 for the winners
  

Supporters will be able to watch every Vertu Trophy fixture live in the UK, thanks to the EFL’s broadcasting agreement with Sky Sports.
