This month’s nominees are:

  Kelechi Nwakali vs Exeter City: The ball fell to the Nigerian on the edge of the area and he exquisitely drilled home with a half-volley.

  Davis Keillor-Dunn vs Bolton Wanderers: In almost trademark fashion, the Reds attacker cut inside inside the area and curled in to open the scoring.

  Adam Phillips vs Bolton Wanderers: In the dying minutes, Phillips received the ball after a clever, quick free-kick and swept the ball to give the Reds a late winner.
  
  
• Jon Russell vs Peterborough United: Driving with the ball, the Jamaican opened up from range to bend one inside the post with his left foot.
