Not the most important of matters currently, I know, but just a thought nevertheless. Bought the programme last night, as I always do, and I noticed the Kit Sponsorship page. Currently, NONE of the players have their kits sponsored. In past season, the best of our players had their kit snapped up straightaway. Has anyone else noticed this? Alongside this, are we still selling sponsorship packages such as the matchball sponsor, main match sponsor, programme sponsor etc? Never see it mentioned in the programme. In these hard times, we need to take advantage of all possible revenue opportunities. This ISNT a criticism of the club in any way, I'm very sure the marketing team work very hard. On the subject of the programme, credit where it's due, it's superb this year. Just hope the team can turn it around. COYR.
I'd say it is a very important matter as we are currently seeing the results on the field of what happens commercially off it.
