Do we have any statistics on

the number of decent opportunities created by our penetrative midfield as well?

    RE: Nardiello?

How can anyone take YOU seriously when you`ve already made your mind up.

We have 6 strikers on the books, and all got a very poor return rate........ So, is it the strikers are poor or lack of chances?
Before anyone jumps on my back, most have them have had chances that was easier to score but missed.

On Saturday I mentioned so many times that both strikers dropped too deep or out wide for the ball. AT one point Macken and Nardiello were side by side, but on the bloody wing with not one red shirt in middle.

Wish we had a striker that played the 6yd box.

    Its a combination

of tactics, poor finishing and the absence of a better central midfield option to partner BH since the injury to Da Silva

Well that was a well structured comment...

... I'm sure that helps to maintain a mature debate. If someone was to say the same about Davey you'd be calling the comment infantile. (and rightly so)

    Do a search

over past 6 months, I've said on occasions that Mardi was worth a chance, if his attitude was right. but it clearly isnt. Nothing to do with a prejudice or blinkered "want to prove Im right" type attitude that some take on here. He's got ability just cant seem to apply himself. Not a shadow of the player that kept us up last season. FACT.

    Of course it is

Unless every striker we've had since Ashley Ward has been rubbish, which is possible but I just don't think it's the whole truth.

Most missed player in my opinion - Michael Mcindoe.

I'd like to see a stat for number ofleft-footed crosses coming in from the left wing by-line.

Lets get rid of the lot, and bring in some promising strikers from the lower leagues. If we stay in this league, bring in 3or 4 younguns who are desperate to make a name for themselves, and not the old clapped out journeymen that we have been employing. If they end up crap,at least well have some different names to criticize. This thing with our Strikers is getting a bit old hat and boring, we have got them untill the end of the season and we all know they are poor. But 2 more games and most of them will be history. (Hopefully) :)

I'm surprised you've not taken the opportunity..

...to try selling them some glasses so they can see where the goal is. Or don't you do lenses strong enough?

    Then do another one

    for phone call, chairman.

Then look at the date and do a third for all SM posts up until the day of that post. You'll see a big change in his entire personality before and after.
