    What shocking levels of service, on hold for 15 minutes wanting to buy 6 tickets for this evening, finally I gave up.

    What about paying on the gate? Me and 2 friends (both Forest fans though so they might ditch me for the away end) will be doing this tonight. Shall I not be doing this?

    Don't bother. Its the same price on the gate as it is from the Box Office on Match Days. Have to buy at least the day before to qualify for the discounts. It'll be £27 on the gate.

    Is the box office even manned through the day anymore? I believe it's the club shop that deals with that now as the vast majority of sales are done online through ticketmaster.
