Why do we keep highlighting certain players tricks. First McCourt and now COG. Mowbray has already said our channel made him aware of McCourt and he had there players watching it. So it didn't work but why are we showcasing talant and putting together clips to show the opposition what to look out for. All the clips of McCourt the last few weeks are pointless and only help the opposition.
I agree actually, don't see the point of individual player highlights reels, think they're a bit daft.
I like them. Makes it easy for me to post them on Owlstalk etc. And if you seriously think Mowbray or other managers do their prep during the week by watching our youtube channel, well, I dunno what to say to you. They watch full match replays, use prozone etc, send scouts to a few games. I think these youtube clips are brilliant. Well done BFC.
Was working in Redcar on thurs and listened to some in there phone in when Mowbray said he had been watching McCourts clips on YouTube. Either he's lieing or talking s##t. But as he said it I'd believe him.
Didn't he used to be his manager? Wouldn't have thought he'd have needed YouTube to find out what he can do.
They're fantastic. Well done BFC for stuff like this. Any manager that is half decent would be watching a few full games of the opposition. Highly doubt they only watch youtube videos.
In a way, I think they help. The more time the opposition spend worrying about our players the better - it just might alter their mindset a bit and not attack us so much. I fully expect Paddy McCourt to have 7 men marking him in the next game, with the other 3 standing next to COG in case he does that turn. That should give our other lads a bit more room.
