Was it just me or did everyone else think the commntators on sky delivered the whole night from the viewpoint of Notts Forrest. Bassett was saying "We" a lot of the time when referring to Notts Forrest. I felt the most of the time they dwelt on how Forrest were no playing to par rather than emphasising the fact that we played them off the pitch for large amounts of the game
Thought they were fine apart from co-commentator but that's cause it was Garry Birtles. In fact I thought they were harsh and over critical of Forest in first half.
I agree they were critical of Forrest in the first half, but the point I am making is that they spent most of the time talking about Forrest. We just happened to be the team that turned up to play them. If we had not played well they wouldnt have mentioned us much at all
entirely agree ! anytime we went forward it was "Forest on the back foot" and when we were defending "Forest on the attack"-completely biased until right near the end when they grudgingly admitted that we were the better team
and they continually harped on about what a strong squad Forest have-didn't do them much good did it !!!

when I heard the biscuit at the start of the game i thought he was underselling the reds - big ask etc etc, but he'd obviously realised where sky were coming from, had a plan and it was played out to perfection - just about.
RE: entirely agree ! Watched it again this afternoon and the commentary was very biased.
Couldn't keep the 'surprise' out of their voices at how good we are and barely acknowledged that we were 6th in the table..
Biased sods

I generally like what he and rick have to say. Wasn't that our third decent sky performance on the trot - Luton and Bradford last season as well.
Did you hear it when they said Barnsley must be surprised at their current position. ? Jesus, we should be walking this division!
