    He was useless at Huddersfield, can't imagine he's suddenly become a Championship class player.

    why are we messing about with Bury anyway?

    surely we need proven championship players. You never know if someone who looks good in the Alehouse League is going to be any good in the championship (Leon Knight).

    There's a strong difference

    between signing a player from Bury and bringing him into a settled, secure side where he can learn and develop to adjust to a higher level of football and bringing him into a team playing poorly that are in the bottom 3 and need players who can instantly make a difference and thus climb the table.</p>

    Rapidly losing patience/hope/faith etc.</p>

    Same situation as Jones and Parkin, it'd be a complete waste of cash.
