Big fracas in front of nazi stand in cheapside

Dunno what went on but I saw 4 coppers struggling to get a big tattoed skin head in the car

The BNP were making their noises and a guy took exception to it. He told them his dad and grandad had fought against the nazis in order to live in a free country like ours. They then kept telling him he must be clinically insane if thats what he thought. Bit of pushing and shoving but three of the BNP knocked/wrestled him down and gave him a bit of a clobbering on the way down. Three onto one - just typifies the sort of strong arm bully boy tactics of the BNP. Three squad cars - one of them with a couple of the boys in blue's heavy gang - sorted it out pretty quicksticks.

What do you mean? Who got arrested then and why were they the heavy gang? Do you fancy tackling the 3 BNP thugs without assistance in front of hundred of onlookers and under threat of litigation/court action if you are too heavy handed? Yup, I know they're paid to do it but still not an easy job to do!

And no, I would not have tackled the skinheads either. I thought the guy who answered them back got it spot on - not sure though whether I think he was brave or foolish, perhaps its only a fine line between the two. (respect)
