Digby: What does this boy bring/will ever bring?
Hourihane: Utterly ineffectual for second half of season.
Sam: Fair do's - crap service, but couldn't make things happen.
    Lalkovich: Ditto.
John: Touch of a blacksmith - reminds me of the player Hill used to call Jay Machiavelli.
Cranie: What does being left out mean? Are we planning for life without him? (Hope so).

Cowgill, Smith, Holgate all promising, but with plenty to learn. Berry did well, I thought. Scowen was MOM for me, and I wish we could sign Pearson permanent (no chance).

All in all, I think there is a lot of work needs to be done in close season, because we ain't got a proper team as it stands.

Wouldn't argue he was stellar, MHTR. But I think he wanted it more than any of ours. I though in terms of effort and commitment he stood out in what is undeniably a dysfunctional team.
