    Or he his a very talented lad.
    Keith Hill says ability wise hes has good as tom ince but hes too laid back. He can go past a full back and a good full back at blackpool but he needs to want it and demand the ball.

    Hes very very good JT IMO but he doesnt want it enough at the mo. he should be demanding the ball from collins or perkins or nouble and saying i want it there in behind or to feet.

    I think Hill has issues with RNL full stop. He has been openly critical of Davey for giving him his debut too early, and there have been persistent rumours of Hill taking exception to comment(s) RNL's father is alleged to have made on Twitter. It would be a great shame if RNL's talent is ultimately wasted because whenever I've seen him he's looked the real deal (just like Butterfield always did). Perhaps he just needs his manager to believe in him?

    Could be one of those cases were a youngster drops in to non-league and it gives them the kick up the arse that's needed....then a league club picks them up later and they are a star.

    We'll just end up with the shitty part of the deal!

    Its psychology to kick him up the backside.

    He did a similar thing with Butterfield at the start of the season to increase his workload. RNL should definitely have had more chances this season but it's up to him to prove his worth.
