Legal insurance that comes with car insurance...

After my crash(only my car involved) last year both me and the wife who were in the car subsequently found that it wasn't worth the paper it was written on when we started a fault claim, my advice, if your car insurance ask you to take it out tell em to shove it and take seperate insurance out to cover you in the event of a crash.

    My mind is NOT deluded.

I have spoken to customer service on a number of occasions, dealing with a number of different companies.

    Yeah right.

There may be the odd genuine well intended pocket still around.

But sooner or lateryou'll hit the real customer service iceberg.

    RE: Customer Service

But unti, then I will keep speaking to CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It is not a con. It exists within some companies. The only con for customer service is with the companies that promote the serice and don't produce.

    Therefore my point is:

Customer Service is not a con but just a disguise for some companies to avert the discerning customer from taking their available rights.

It is either there or it isn't. If a company says they have customer service and it works then that is suitable. If they say they have it and they don't then that is unsuitable.

The only CON lies with the people that advertise a custromer service and don't deliver!

The companies are the ones that are delivering the con!

3 for the price of 2

But in a survey 3 for the price of 2 ranked as one of the nation's favourite offers. Just above buy one get one free. I wish I was joking.
