    Hiya Mark.
Yes I am aware of this, old mate, but thank you for posting the link anyway. It's extremely kind of you to think of me when seeing this & I really do appreciate it. As I'm now specialising in Ancient Archaeology, this is definitely my sphere. To me, this has proved to be a really important, exciting discovery and one wonders how many more are waiting to be uncovered. I'm quite envious of Jane!:D
    Once again, Mark, thank you.

    Kev,

I'd appreciate it if you could keep us up to date with what digs your on and discoveries/theories acheologicaly world wide.

I know its not everyones cup of tea as its a football forum but there will be some interest.

I've always fancied doing the same as you and doing my studies .

To understand where we came from and what came before is the key to understanding where we go next

    Dave

Surely they are stones discarded by Ed Miliband?

These here stones - are they of the rolling variety by any chance?

    Or aren't they that ancient?

Nah! These particular stones date from the late Neolithic/ early Bronze Age. Nowhere near as old as Mick, Keith & Charlie!
