Don't post much but read often and I just feel the need to get this off my chest. I would never wish for anything to happen to anyone like what happened with his son but what a fookin idiot this guy is. His reaction to their goal in front of the Reds fans was absolutely disgusting. Goading us and spitting. Practically tried to incite a riot. No effing need!

Was thinking exactly the same thing. Billy has every right as a person (even if it is a little unprofessional) to celebrate in front of us if we've given him the same stick/abuse. He lapped it up earlier on, few around us were calling him a fat *******, so in response, he tried eating the back of the net.

Fair point. But I personally don't join in with such chants so get annoyed when I see goading like that.

Then dont take it so personal. I doubt if he was aiming it at you personally anyway!

We give it out 'in humour' so should take it back 'in humour'. I thought you were gonna be posting about what a handful he was. His running of the channels was good again, I like him, he fits the Hill DNA too, shame we can't afford him I say.

Who were the thousands throwing abuse at him? Were you there to witness it? There was nothing OTT by the Barnsley fans that I heard. But his reaction to their first goal was disgusting - he should have been booked at least. As far as I am concerned he could / should have been cautioned by the police for trying to cause a riot by Barnsley fans. Awful, awful behaviour.
