    I used to be an A&E nurse and I worked with many a surgeon and a fair amount of them were tw@ts, but when my missus told me this story earlier today I was gobsmacked. Lots of them had massive egos, but this is beyond anything I've ever seen. I don't know whether to be appalled or whether to buy him a pint.
