It was almost as if the last six weeks never happened because that was pitiful. We've been let down today.
Poor team selection coupled with some poor performances. Here's where Lee needs to some something different....
we all knew we would lose eventually. it's how we bounce back now. let's see how we get on against colchester
The difference is that for 6 weeks we played **** teams. Once we started playing decent teams we stop winning. Its not rocket science and whoever is manager this week is meaningless.
The difference is we had two good wingers available. Prior to our good streak we didn't. As soon as we don't again we are poor.
We didn't last Saturday either. If that were true and accurate, it makes you wonder how we got to within a few minutes of beating the runaway leaders on their own ground.
Its not losing that really concerns me, its the way we lost today. Simply unacceptable but how many times have we said the same over the last couple of seasons.
If we had lost at Brammall Lane and then beat them at home well still would have been on the same points. We need to re-group like we did after the Crawley game.
We had 9 easy games and 9 hard ones in the closing part of the season. In the easy ones we did well based around expectations about the right number of points of the next 9 we have drawn two and lost one which puts us slightly below expectations. When we played the better teams earlier we lost or drew on the whole when we play them now we lose or draw. Nowts changed. ******* clueless. To be fair the test of whether anything different was going on was always going to be the harder games. Of those we played better against Preston( than first tine round) worse against **** U and the same against Bristol or maybe I'm missing summat.
Did you bother going today. If so explain how today's performance was better than that at Bramall Lane in less than 200 words. No ifs or buts show me how we were better. Still you think M'Voto is a good player so what do you know.
Mvoto would be in my side every time, yes he makes the odd clanger but has a tremendous presence and a target for set pieces that draws the opposition away from more dangerous players because of his size. This is still Danny's team we are good in parts and awful in others but lets see how they bounce back a win Monday and a win next Saturday will put us up there singing again- lalkovic back available now so should offer a little more movement against poorer opposition . And to boot we need Davies back ASAP ,wildsmiths is a stop gap but he is awful had it been Davies in goal today you never know.....
You indicated that my statement don't that as soon as we stopped playing poor teams (up to and including Leyton Orient away) and started playing better teams Preston, Bristol and **** U that performances and results have dropped off was incorrect. You said this was ******* clueless. Therefore.i presume you believe that you feel there has been an improvement if you benchmark those performances against the performances against those teams earlier in the season. In terms of results we are two points worse off than in the respective games therefore I thought you must believe that Inspite of this we have played better against the same opposition. My bad.
Your statement was a load of ******** and your explanation behind your statement is even worse. I'm just glad I dont view football like you do. It's depressive and can't be enjoyable.
As I thought all mouth and nothing to back up what you say. See you at Colchester on Monday (or I'm guessing I won't). ******* idiot. If we are dishing the insults out given you can't actually extrapolate any argument about anything only dim witted insults I guess I better sink to you sub primordial level. I agree with you though today was fantastic best performance of the season.
