    If all go's to plan
    It will be Wayne Rooneys world cup
    And if Ferdinand has a good world cup as well
    The European clubs cheque books will be out to sign one or both of these players
    Will the current owners of Man U. not sell these players ???
    With their debt, of course they will sell
    And where does that leave Man U.?
    They are already a one player club

    I'm sure his advisers will know who they are (and what they are worth) They'll probably have a fair idea of what he makes the PLC from shirt sales in Asia.

    Selling Rooney would be a disaster for both the team and the PLC.

    The Glazers took them back into private ownership

    Still doesnt alter the fact that selling Rooney would be a particularly stupid thing to do - unless someone made a rediculously high offer
