In my humble opinion , the back four seemed to lack balance and organisation . Also , the wingers neither gave adequate cover to the defence nor created anything like a decent supply of opportunites for the strikers. If we are to get the best out of Mostto , then we have to come up with a better ploy than aimless long balls played out of defence .

Fully agree sums the dismal performance up for me. No organization at the back, wingers were non existant and the high ball to Mosto will never reach him.

Why in the world can we not get the ball on the floor and pass it. We are completely at a loss to pass the ball around.

    I think

That the most appropriate style of football ( which would suit the likes of Howard , Ricketts , Devaney & Mostto ) is 'pass and move' , as you rightly advocate . Also , I think a decent supply of crosses from the byline would bring out the best in Stan .

    Not with this manager

never will play pass ans move again.
Too much like a Ritchie tactic.
