    Blackburn strip away Walker and the premiership money have always been a club roughly the same size of ours. I remember when they had Simon Garner up front and they came to visit us 450 would have been a distant dream.

    To be fair it's the month after Christmas & most people are skint & waiting on pay day Friday. I imagine our crowds would be down on what we normally take if we were away at Blackburn tonight.

    I think it's a good amount for a pre booked January night match. With pay on the day they should get quite close to 2,000 maybe.

    My recollection is a bit different to yours JC, I always though they fetched a decent following around that era much the same as other ****y lanky clubs we played.

    I remember a couple of games where the crowd was around 4,000 to 5,000 I'd say they've always been around the same size of club as ours. When they started getting better they're crowds increased.
