I'm sure Keith Hill isn't near the top of the list but I'm nervous that his odds keep shortening as if the bookies know something. Losing Keith now would totally destroy our team, they're his players and I'm not sure anyone else would get them to play in the same way. Say they did want Hill though, what's the chances that Cryne/Rowing would have the balls to refuse Blackburn permission to speak to him given that he's under contract? Also, anyone know what the likely amount compensation is for taking another teams manager? I'm assuming it's a pittance?
And in my eyes worst thing is Keith hasn't made a statement saying he is not interested, even if he is not, our form took a bad turn when he was linked with Leeds job last year. Oh well onwards and upwards Sir Bobby for managers
be bolton that come in for him not blackburn, when bolton get rid of there manager thats when i,d get nervous.
I completely agree about Hill; I believe that our short and medium term health as a club will only be prosperous under Hillcroft and losing them will devastate us as a club. We are on the edge of something good and it is entirely down to these two so all we can do is cross our fingers and hope that these bloody frustrating and disruptive stories go away and soon.
If he was offered the job it would be a case of which is worse, the Venkys or travelling over the Pennines most days of the week.
